NEBC is helping meet local and global hunger needs during the month of October. And we need you! Here’s how you can help:
Local: Give to Alameda Baptist Church’s food pantry by placing bagged items on the stage any time during October. You can also leave extra paper sacks along with your food donations. Alameda Baptist Church’s food pantry is an ongoing ministry requiring constant restocking of staple food items. They feed approximately 55 families each month, providing four sacks of groceries, plus a 1/2 sack of meat and a 1/2 bag of potatoes.
Global: All October offerings noted “Hunger” will go to Global Hunger Relief (also known as the Southern Baptist World Hunger Fund), with 100% of contributions being used to feed the hungry.
